Clinical Document Management Clerk

Location and Hours of Position

The general office hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM.

The position is located in Sharon, PA

Compensation

Starting at $16 per hour. PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Position Overview

Carefully review and update patients' clinical health records for PHN service locations by generating reports and identifying data that needs to be manually entered into the patient's flowsheet/clinical list.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate manually entry

Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information.

Assist with document management projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and medical documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Computer proficient
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Team player with ability to communicate
  • Scanning and indexing experience preferred
