Job Description

As a Host, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests at our Beer Hall. You'll have the chance to be the first point of contact, setting the tone for their experience with us.

Hosting:

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and hospitality as they arrive.
• Seat guests efficiently, taking into account their preferences and the flow of service.
• Manage reservations and waitlist effectively to optimize seating arrangements.
• Communicate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Keep track of table turnover to maximize seating capacity while maintaining a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift weights of up to 50lbs daily and move objects weighing up to 150lbs daily.
• Stand for a minimum of eight hours during shifts.
• Perform bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, and continuous movement for extended periods behind the bar.
• Adapt to varying temperature conditions typical of a bar environment.
