**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** In this role, you will be responsible for performing cycle counts, data entry, operating forklifts, and handling saw operations efficiently. A strong emphasis on safety is maintained at all times. **Responsibilities** + Perform cycle counts accurately and efficiently. + Enter data into computer systems with precision. + Operate forklifts safely and efficiently. + Handle saw operations with care and attention to detail. + Maintain a strong focus on safety at all times. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in forklift operation. + Experience in a warehouse environment. + Basic computer knowledge and math skills, including the ability to use a ruler. + 1+ years of experience in a metals facility or manufacturing-related environment. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. + Experience with inventory control, packing, and general labor. + Proficiency in using pallet jacks and handling shipping and receiving tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a production-driven environment where safety and efficiency are prioritized. The facility employs 150-160 full-time employees. The dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, steel-toed shoes, and personal protective equipment provided by the employer. Shifts are available as follows: 1st shift from 6am-2pm, 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm, and 3rd shift from 10pm-6am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $20.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
