The Impact You'll Have:
Alliant Engineering, Inc., is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Senior Transportation Engineer with a passion for collaboratively working with Contractors, Owners, and stakeholders to develop innovative construction staging solutions. You will fill the role of MOT Design Manager on traditional and alternative delivery projects, leading a team of MOT specialists to successfully exceed project MOT goals. The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of MnDOT's Facility Design Guide, the AASHTO Roadside Design Guide, the MnMUTCD, and MnDOT's work zone and temporary traffic control design resources. You will lead construction staging and traffic control plan generation; conduct MOT Taskforce meetings; develop Traffic Management Plans (TMP); and perform field reviews of deployed temporary traffic control configurations. You will have the opportunity to develop complex staging solutions on high-profile mega-projects nationwide, including the prospect of traveling to project sites.

The base salary for this position is expected to be in the range of $100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
