Titan, LLC is hiring for experienced Plow Truck Drivers for Winter 2025 - 2026.
We provide Snow Removal Services for several commercial properties all over Anchorage and Eagle River. This position is on-call and is determined by weather conditions. We have shifts available for night time and day time routes.
Starting pay is based upon on your plow experience and the type of plows you have operated - straight vs articulating . You may be eligible for a higher starting rate if you have experience operating additional equipment such as skid steers, end dumps, side dumps, sanders and de-icing equipment. There will be eligible positions for the right candidate to have full time or close to full time winter work - those candidates will be required to operate additional equipment during the shift. We also perform Davis Bacon work on limited sites - hours may be available on those sites for select plow, loader and sanding operations.
Candidates are required to have:
- Minimum of 1 full season of experience plowing
- Willing to train the right candidate
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Smart phone
- Reliable transportation
