As a Support and Commissioning Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality AV solutions by working closely with our Project and Support teams. This is not just a job—it’s an opportunity to expand your skills, grow your career, and be part of an exciting and dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Install & Configure AV systems both in our Dallas office and onsite locations
✅ Review & Interpret system drawings, specs, and technical manuals
✅ Ensure Quality of installations with SIMStation standards
✅ Collaborate & Troubleshoot with project teams for optimal performance
✅ Provide Support for service contracts and technical troubleshooting
✅ Travel (Up to 25%) to customer sites for installations & testing
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 6+ months of AV installation experience in a professional setting
🔹 Hands-on experience with power tools & assembly
🔹 Knowledge of low-voltage standards & construction processes (preferred)
🔹 Ability to adapt, learn, and excel using SIMStation technologies
