As part of our growing global internship team, you’ll help design intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences that bring our data and AI capabilities to life.

Position Overview

As a UI/UX Designer Intern , you will collaborate closely with the product, frontend, and AI teams to design user-centered interfaces and experiences for the IBIAS platform. You’ll be involved in the full design process — from research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design — ensuring that every feature feels intuitive, accessible, and aligned with our product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces , wireframes , and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products
• Conduct user research , journey mapping , and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate ideas into functional designs
• Develop and maintain design systems , style guides, and UI libraries
• Ensure brand consistency across all product interfaces
• Use feedback to iterate and improve design solutions
• Present design concepts and rationale to the development and leadership teams

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design , Human-Computer Interaction , Computer Science , or related field
• Proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , or similar design tools
• Understanding of UI/UX principles , information architecture , and design thinking
• Ability to create wireframes , mockups , and interactive prototypes
• Strong attention to detail, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
• Basic understanding of frontend implementation (HTML, CSS, or React) is a plus

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience designing dashboards , analytics interfaces , or data visualization tools
• Familiarity with AI-driven products and user personalization interfaces
• Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and responsive design
• Knowledge of motion design , micro-interactions , or UI animations
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries
